Document integration

Text documents can be created from the application. These documents are generated via an interface in Microsoft Word as Word documents. Document templates are used as the basis for these documents. These templates can be created and edited by instructed employees.

The created documents contain data that is automatically inserted from the application into the created letter during creation. These data are queried by Complex searches (search containers). Each document template is therefore linked to Complex searches.

The processor of the templates thus has two important tasks:

1. The engineer must set up and maintain the document templates.

2. He must also handle the data acquisition in order to automatically fill the created letters as much as possible.

Furthermore, the application can create and edit HTML templates for mails and signatures.
