Duplicate check

The duplicate check is to prevent persons and their roles from being created multiple times. Before creating a new business partner, contact person or employee, it checks for existing persons. The duplicate check window mainly looks and acts much like the search window.

  1. Enter the data for the business partner, contact person and employee in the search criteria. These data are adopted when creating the new dataset.

  2. Click on


  3. Matching datasets are displayed in the result list. To receive more information to a dataset, mark it and click Details.

  4. Click on New creation with new person

    if the person does not exist.
    Mark the person in the result list, if it matches, and click

    Create based on existing person.

  5. Enter the data of the new dataset.
