Freefields supplement the fields available to a dataset. Freefields are named and configured individually to the version your company is using.

Every dataset has a specific number of directly assigned freefields (on the pages Freefield1 and Freefield2 of the respective Main window ). The freefields in the Main window Freefields can be created as often as you like.
A freefield can be a text, key, date or numerical field.
