Local copy in Web Client

From the application file stored in the CURSOR-CRM database, a copy is saved in a directory on your computer or on the network.

1. Open the dataset of the document in the detail view.
   OR
   open the parent activity and click the

   

   Show document(s) icon. The document repository opens in a new tab. With one click, you activate the document to be copied.
2. Click on the icon

   

   Local copy.
3. In the application, click File / Save As.
4. Select a location and, if necessary, assign a new file name. Click Save.

Hinweis

In the list view, multiple documents can be selected at once and saved locally. The selected documents are packed server-side as a zip file and offered for download.
