Deleting an activity

In general, you do not delete an activity, but set it to DONE (Field Status). In this way, a process is documented.

If an activity is still to be deleted, the following steps are required:

1. Open the activity in the detail mask.
2. Click

   

   Delete entry and confirm with Ok.
3. The activity is deleted. Existing links and allocations are also disconnected.

Hinweis

A deleted activity is also automatically removed from the Groupware system. In form view, this is done instantly when deleting the activity. In the list view, an activity synchronization has to be executed. You can change this in the user preferences (delete Groupware entry list view).
