Note
Notes are information to an area which cannot be allocated to a certain field or the Main window Freefields thematically.
Even extensive information can be found in the field Note. A crucial information about a business partner is readily found when needed, without having to search the activities.
Hinweis
When you can sum up information in only a few words, then it is sufficient if you only enter the information in the field Subject. This also allows you to view the information in the tree, without having to open the main window Notice.
You can enter a crucial information/value (e.g. like a number) in the Subject field, and the commentary in the field Note.
