Appearance and handling
The user interface has been divided into areas. Depending on the action, the layout of the workspace may vary. While working with datasets, different buttons can additionally be shown or hidden. If a specific action is not possible, the symbol is displayed in gray.
Some areas are always displayed and remain unchanged.
The web address does not change, even if you have several tabs open within the Web Client. Thus, it is not possible to use the bookmark function of your browser.
Touch devices (iPad, other tablet PCs)
If you use a 'touch device', the tooltips on tabs, myCRM entries, and COMMAND search results are disabled.
On tiles (task list, mail dialog, activity search result in tile view), the default action is omitted when you click on the respective tile. Instead a mouse-overflow effect is triggered, which displays the action bar.
