Preview of a document
Wherever documents are linked in the CRM system, there is a preview function that allows you to see the content of the selected/current document.
The following file types are supported:
- Word: doc, docx, docm, dotx, dotm
- Excel: xls, xlsx, xlsm, xlsb, xltx, xltm
- PowerPoint: ppt, pptx, pptm, potx, potm, ppsx, ppsm, pps, pot
- OpenOffice: odt, ott, ods, odp
- Text: rtf, txt, html, csv
- Publishing: pdf, epub, xps
- Images: tif, jpg, png, bmp, gif
A document is visualized in the document preview tile.
The document preview is available in the following places:
- In the sub rea, for the selected document dataset
- In the list view, for the selected document dataset.
- As an entity tile on the entity board of the document entity, for the current dataset.
The preview has a number of switches with the following functions:
- <> Scroll
- +- Scale
Sidebar behavior for document entity
The sidebar, where the preview function is located, always opens automatically in case of documents.
