Allocation function

The CRM system is a network of information. This network is created by multiple links between data from different or identical entities. As soon as you create a new dataset, a link is automatically created to you, who created the dataset. If you create an activity to a contact, these datasets are also directly linked to each other.

With the allocation function, existing datasets are linked.

In addition to the assignment function, in special cases, datasets are also linked to each other by a field entry. An example for this is the activity. Employees are assigned to the activity with entries in the Delegated to and Delegated by fields.
