Description
The info tile “Sales funnel” shows all sales chances of the current year in a funnel diagram, divided into four phases:
Lead – all sales chances/inquiries representing potentially interested persons.
Person interested: – all sales chances/ inquiries where an interest was already expressed.
Negotiation – all sales chances/ inquiries where negotiations already take place.
Contract – all sales chances/ inquiries where contracts were signed, thus, a customer was acquired.
Configuration
The searches serve for mapping between sales chances-/Quote status keys and the four phases of the sales funnel. By adaptations of the searches own key mappings can be created.

Sales chances-/Inquiry searches need to be configured before usage of the sales funnel to be able to display data. The searches behind own the search field Status, containing the status criteria for the current funnel phase. Fill these with the keys you use, matching the respective phase.
The searches for the desktop globally search for sales chances/inquiries, while the searches for the product search for sales chances/inquiries created for that product.
