Switch Memo View The icon appears when you move the mouse cursor to the memo field. This button is used to switch the view of the memo field in the activity. Editing the memo field becomes more comfortable as the editor is opened in the main mask. It shows the contents of the memo field over the entire area of the window. This allows you to display long texts completely. In order to be able to format the text, the HTML editor in the memo field must be enabled in your system. This functionality is optional. Close the memo window by clicking on the close icon on the tab or by clicking on the activity in the path. To apply your changes to the memo field, click the Save icon. If you want to discard the changes in the memo window, close the window without saving it. Touch devices (iPad) On touch devices, an additional button is displayed in the memo view when the HTML editor is enabled. Editing a memo field in HTML mode is not possible. For editing, the content of the field must be converted from the HTML format to the PLAIN text format (pure text). Achtung If the button is activated, you will be informed that all HTML formatting (font color, size, numbering, enumeration, etc) will be lost. Only unformatted text remains. You can cancel the process by clicking No in the dialog. If you confirm with Ok, the HTML text is converted to plain text, and a normal text field is displayed instead of the HTML editor. When creating new datasets on touch devices, the Memo View is loaded directly in Plain Text mode. Editing mode on touch devices | |
