Mails

With the Groupware integration, you can create, import and reply to emails in the CURSOR-CRM Web Client. The email is created as an activity. In the case of the Web Client, only the server-side Groupware connection is possible. No external mail application is required. In the case of a server-side connection, the synchronization is carried out directly with the Groupware server. Similar to the Windows Client, a distinction is made between an external and an internal email. In addition, you can answer an email directly.

The operation is intuitive and reminds you of mail clients at numerous web mail providers such as Yahoo, Google or GMX.
