The info tile „Missed calls“serves to display calls that have been missed.

Name of missed calls search	Here the exact name of the previously defined search is set. The default search behind shows calls of the logged-in user which have not been taken.
Name of call-back search	Here the exact name of the previously defined search is set. For default, all call without call-back are filtered. The default search behind selects call-backs of the logged-in user to a call not taken. The result of this search and the search above shows calls of the logged-in user which have not had a call-back.
Name of contact person search	Here the precise name of the previously defined contact person search is stored. The default search behind selects the corresponding contact person to the respective call protocol.

Name of missed calls search

Here the exact name of the previously defined search is set.

The default search behind shows calls of the logged-in user which have not been taken.

Name of call-back search

Here the exact name of the previously defined search is set.

For default, all call without call-back are filtered. The default search behind selects call-backs of the logged-in user to a call not taken.

The result of this search and the search above shows calls of the logged-in user which have not had a call-back.

Name of contact person search

Here the precise name of the previously defined contact person search is stored.

The default search behind selects the corresponding contact person to the respective call protocol.
