About the manual

Scope

The procedures and functions described in this manual correspond to the default program settings. These may be different in your system due to changed program settings and/or Customizing. Please read your internal procedural guide and additional documentation provided by consulting staff.

Conventions

Product name

Although this documentation is valid for all product variants (CURSOR-CRM, EVI, TINA, HelVIS), CRM or CURSOR-CRM is usually used. Furthermore, the name myCRM is used consistently for the user area. Other names are freely configurable (myEVI, myTINA, myHelVIS, mySystem etc.).

Formatting

For better readability, the following formatting is used:

• Bold
  Particularly important text passages, menu points, options, buttons, tooltips, tabs

• Proportional Font
  paths, file names, code

• Italic
  Description of illustrations
