Description

In the message menu info tile messages are displayed in a short overview. This comprises the following channels:

  • Activities

  • Reminder

  • Mails

  • Appointments

  • tasks

  • system messages

  • news

  • system jobs

  • Process tasks

Additionally, you add your custom channels to this info tile.

With a click on one of the channels a jump to the list with the corresponding datasets is performed.

Clicking on the plus symbol starts a new creation of (preconfigured) activities. After clicking on New creation you are in the new creation mask, which is pre-filled with the reminder date.

When configuring your own searches, keep in mind that special characters are not permitted.

Employee search

Here the precise name of the previously defined employee search is set.

CRM-Version

Indication of CRM type:

  • CURSOR CRM: carmen

  • EVI, TINA: evijet

Standard channels

Activity search

Here the exact name of the previously defined activity search is set.

The stored default search is the default search for activities, which can be accessed e.g. via the quick start bar.

Show activities

Activated

The "Activities" channel is displayed (default).

Deactivated

The "Activities" channel is hidden.

Reminder search

Here the exact name of the previously defined Reminder search is set.

The default search behind shows activities of the logged-in user with status „[O] Open / not started yet” and remind date in the past.

Show reminders

Activated

The "Reminder" channel is displayed (default).

Deactivated

The "Reminder" channel is hidden.

E-mail search

Here the precise name of the previously mail search is set.

The default search behind shows activities of the logged-in user of the type "Mail in" with status „[O] Open / not started yet“ and „[I] Imported“.

Show e-mails

Activated

The "Mail" channel is displayed (default).

Deactivated

The "Mail" channel is hidden.

Appointment search

Here the precise name of the previously defined appointment search is set.

The default search behind shows activities of the logged-in user of the type "Date", "Meeting" and "Follow up" with status „[O] Open / not started yet“. Also the search follows user preference "Time span for activity default search in days".

Show appointments

Activated

The "Appointments" channel is displayed (default).

Deactivated

The "Appointments" channel is hidden.

Task search

Here the precise name of the previously defined task search is set.

The default search behind shows activities of the logged-in user of the type "Task" with status „[O] Open / not started yet". Also the search follows user preference "Time span for activity default search in days".

Show tasks

Activated

The "Tasks" channel is displayed (default).

Deactivated

The "Tasks" channel is hidden.

Notification search

Here the precise name of the previously defined notification search is set.

The default search behind shows not yet processed messages of the logged-in user.

Show system notifications

Activated

The "System notifications" channel is displayed (default).

Deactivated

The "System notifications" channel is hidden.

News search

Here the precise name of the previously defined news search is set.

The default search behind shows news of the current day for the logged-in user.

Activated

The "News" channel is displayed (default).

Deactivated

The "News" channel is hidden.

System job search

Here the precise name of the previously defined system job search is set.

The default search behind shows those datasets of job lineup for the logged-in user, being status "error", "result" or "done" and not being marked read yet.

The "System jobs" channel is displayed (default).

Deactivated

The "System jobs" channel is hidden.

Process instance search

Here the precise name of the previously defined process instance search is set.

The default search behind shows running process instances for the logged-in user.

Show process instances

Activated

The "Process instances" channel is displayed (default).

Deactivated

The "Process instances" channel is hidden.

Own channels

Names of own channels

Comma-separated list (no blanks) of display names for your custom channels being displayed under the preconfigured channels.

Special characters are not permitted.

Search of own channels

Comma-separated list (no blanks) of the searches (precise name of the search) for your own channels which retrieve the channel contents to be displayed.

Entity names for own channels

Comma-separated list (no blanks) of the technical entity names of the datasets for your own channels to be searched for; these entity names are used for the search.

Number and order of all three lists must match!

Badge color

The system color selected in the user preferences is used to color the badges.

Use custom color

Selected

The color selected in Custom color is used to color the badges.
