Description
The info tile "Campaign overview" summarizes the relevant meta and framework data of a campaign and displays them clearly together with the campaign phases and employees involved.
Layout
The display defines several statuses:
Status | Meaning |
---|---|
OPEN | The campaign has not yet begun. |
ACTIVE | The campaign has begun. |
OVERDUE | The campaign has not yet started, but the planned start date is in the past. |
DELAYED | The campaign has already begun, but its planned end date is in the past. |
DONE | The campaign has been completed. |
Configuration
Display current dataset | Selected The tile displays information about the currently displayed campaign. ConditionTile lies on an entity board for the campaign |

Display fixed dataset | Selected The tile displays information about a fixed, pre-selected campaign. |
PK of the campaign | The primary key of the campaign to be displayed (only in the case of Show fixed dataset). |
Sections to be displayed
Budget information | Activated The most important information about the campaign budget is displayed. You can control which fields should be visible. If you want to display a currency symbol, you can control this via the field properties of the corresponding fields. | |

Total Costs | The value from the corresponding field (TotalCosts.Campaign). | |
Remaining Budget | The value from the corresponding field (RemBudg.Campaign); not to be confused with Remaining Budget (total). | |
Description | Activated The description text of the campaign is displayed. | |
Campaign Phases | Activated The phases of the campaign are displayed in a compact process representation. | |
Positive inbounds | Activated The count of positive inbounds of the campaign is displayed. | |
Participants | Activated The participants of the campaign, above all the main person responsible, are displayed in the form of the avatars of the respective persons. |
